The Job Exploration program provides participants with the unique opportunity to delve into various career options. It is designed to facilitate discussions on vocational interests, labor market trends, and identification of potential career pathways.
Our program offers a deep understanding of Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE), emphasizing its importance for individuals with disabilities. Participants will explore local employment opportunities and comprehend the requisite training or education for these roles. Also, they will articulate their career interests, strengths, and skills.
Furthermore, they will complete an Interest Inventory, a tool designed to help them better understand their interests, identify careers that align with their goals and talents, and evaluate potential careers. Our ultimate goal is to lay the groundwork to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate their career paths effectively.
Sign up today and take the first step towards a successful career.
