This program offers an immersive experience, including campus tours of postsecondary education institutions and introductions to essential campus resources such as the disability services office.
A key objective of our program is to increase students’ awareness of the wide range of career pathways available to them. We provide insights into the demand for various careers in their local labor market and discuss the potential growth of jobs in those fields. This includes in-depth discussions about Comprehensive Transition Programs, Career and Technical Education, and other postsecondary training or education programs.

Participants must:
• Be between the ages of 14 and 21 years old
• Be enrolled in a formal education program (secondary or postsecondary)
• Have a documented disability (individual education plan (IEP), individual plan for employment (IPE), 504 Plan, or other acceptable documentation).
